Observation

Based on report of BrightSpark coach R., the program was out of ratio on 4/15/24 due to having a reported 10 children including one child under one-year-old, with only one staff member (Walter Roberts) present in the licensed space with the children. Within about an hour, the BrightSpark coach confirmed that provider Debra Roberts joined Walter in supervising the children, putting the program back in ratio.
